Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings for 10 or more adults are considered group bookings. All group bookings are required to dine on our set menu.

We require credit card details to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your booking will incur the full menu charge.

Final guest numbers and any dietary restrictions must be confirmed via email to hello@bluewrenfarm.com at least 24 hours prior to your booking. After this time, changes to guest numbers cannot be accepted and you will be charged for any no-shows.

Group bookings have a set seating time of 2 hours. Extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability.

No, BYO is not permitted. All beverages must be purchased from our drinks list. Drinks are served via table service only—our bar is for staff use only and not available for customer orders.

Yes, the bill can be split evenly across the total number of guests.

The Barn has a style of its own, however, minimal table decorations are welcome. Please email hello@bluewrenfarm.com to discuss in advance.

Yes, we can accommodate most allergies. Please inform us of any allergies when confirming your booking.

Please note: our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish and gluten and while we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely allergen-free.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring cake. There is no cakeage fee for group bookings. Please let us know in advance by emailing hello@bluewrenfarm.com.
